Water and Electricity Disconnections

With December around the corner, so comes the increase in disconnections by CoJ. Just a reminder to pay your accounts on time and if you see you will be paying late, please advise the city. This is not a guarantee that you won’t get cut off but it does create a paper trail.

If you have been cut off and your account is up to date please contact Angela Rivers (angela@jpoma.co.za) to assist in getting reconnected. Please include a copy of the account and proof of payment.

If you have been cut off and did not receive a pre-termination notice, please can you forward these details to Angela who is compiling a list of all properties that have been cut off without the correct process being followed. These will be escalated
