With great sadness, we learned of the passing of our friend and colleague, Mervyn Smith, on Saturday 15 May. Mervyn contracted the COVID19 Virus and his condition worsened last week.
Mervyn was a long standing member of JPOMA and assisted us with many of the legal challenges and advice, which he freely dispensed. He also worked with many of the members of JPOMA over the past 20 years, tackling everything from evictions to City of Johannesburg issues.
He will be sorely missed. Our condolences to his family and colleagues at MJS Attorneys.
