The City of Johannesburg has advised many sectional title body corporates that it has or will adjusted their municipal accounts to “change the sewer tariff from ‘block of flat’s’ to ‘multi-dwelling’” and backdated these charges to include 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020.
Angela Rivers has asked Chantelle Gladwin-Wood and her team from Schindlers Attorneys to join JPOMA members in a webinar to get a better understanding of the tariff changes and the way forward.
The webinar is on Monday 14th September 2020 at 2pm. Click here to register.
If you have any questions you would like answered on during the webinar please forward them to Angela Rivers angela@jpoma.co.za.
