A guide to CoJ property valuations

The deadline for objections has been extended to 5 May 2023.

Joburg property owners have until the 31st of March to view, inspect and object to new CoJ property valuations. And you don’t have to take time off to visit the city’s offices as everything can now be done online.
#eNCA speaks to Angela Rivers on the process of registering and making an objection.
