Re-commissioned asphalt plant for JRA

The Johannesburg Roads Agency has re-commissioned its asphalt plant.
“The JRA no longer has to rely on third parties for the supply of hot and cold mix to fix potholes and resurface roads.” Cllr Kenny Kunene, MMC for Transport.
